Join us for our first event from the 2025 Voices on Vital Topics virtual speaker series. Hear from the Kent County Clerk, Lisa Posthumus Lyons and the Chief Deputy Clerk Robert J Macomber, as they reflect on the November election process, how Michigan’s new voter laws were implemented and the voter turnout in our county. The LWVGGRA was a key partner by educating our community about these new processes, monitor the testing of the voting machines, observe the canvassing of the election results and, of course, by registering voters.
